How come your gluten free meals are such good value?

We know gluten free ingredients are expensive and that you've been paying a premium for them. You bet. We've been making trusted gluten free meals for many, many years and our team knows what's at stake. Our in-house food technologists have extensive knowledge of gluten free production, and we continue to monitor and verify our processes carefully.

How do you source your gluten free ingredients?

We're obsessed with the provenance and freshness of every ingredient that goes into our meals. FOOD

How long do my meals last in the fridge?

Your meals arrive ready to pop into your fridge and enjoy throughout your busy week. Just like freshly home-cooked fare, your meals have an average fridge life of 7 days. To make things easy, we put a use-by date onto the sleeve of each meal, so make sure you check that before heating your food!

Can I freeze my delivered gluten free meals?

If you'd like to keep your meals frozen, please put them into the freezer IMMEDIATELY after we deliver them, where they'll keep for up to 30 days. If reheating from frozen, you will need to adjust your heating times upwards.

Do you cater for food allergies?

Our totally transparent labelling means you always know what's in your food - just make sure you check the ingredients before ordering or eating. Rest assured, we know many of you have allergies and intolerances, so our Allergen Management Program identifies all allergens in our raw ingredients and then segregates them to prevent cross contamination.

Do you offer gluten free vegetarian meal options?

Do you cater for highly specific dietary requirements?

Our great range of meals, finger foods and desserts are 100% safely gluten free. As much as we'd love to help everyone, our rigorous gluten free processes mean we're unable to create and cook special meals to order. As well as gluten free, we do cater for specific vegetarian and dairy free dietary requirements.

My family love the meals! Do you make family-sized portions?

We know many of you are looking for gluten free mid-week meal solutions the whole family can enjoy. So why not order our great single serve meals for all whole gang!

Can I entertain with your gluten free food?

You most certainly can! Explore our range of incredibly tasty finger food, starring our famous homemade gluten free pastry and everyone's favourite flavours. We recommend adding extra servings to your cart as our finger foods are moreish crowd pleasers!

How do I order my gluten free meals for delivery?

Take your time and browse our delectable online menu as there's something for everyone! Simply add the individual meals, finger foods and desserts to your shopping cart. Then, once you've reached the minimum order value, checkout and we'll look after the rest.

Our online shop guides you step by step, but please do email us or call our customer care team on 1800 GFMEAL (1800 436 325) if you need help (Monday to Friday: 8am to 8pm (AEST)). They love to chat!

Why is there a minimum order value?

We want to make sure our customers receive the best service without any delivery fees. So, we have a minimum spend of $65 per order - that's 7 meals, one for every day of the week!

Can I choose my delivery date?

When you place your order at our online shop, you'll receive 2-3 options for a preferred delivery date over the coming two-week period.

Do I need to sign a contract?

Bah! Who wants contracts! We believe in absolute freedom! Our policy of no lock-in contracts means you can order weekly or whenever you feel like it - 24/7, 365 days of the year!

Do you have a Gluten Free Meal Co. shop for takeaway/pick up?

Your armchair is your shop We only sell online - and do all the ingredient shopping, creating, cooking and delivering for you. You just relax and enjoy being looked after by us!

PAYMENT

What methods of payment do you take?

It's all about options, baby! Our online shop accepts Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards and PayPal through safe SecurePay Australia. All you have to do is enter your payment details at the checkout.

What if my payment declines?

Oops! We'll contact you if your payment method declines as we won't be able to process your order. We know it could be for a number of reasons such as insufficient funds or an expired credit card. The Gluten Free Meal Co. accepts no responsibility for any fees or charges for overdrawn accounts, so please check with your financial institution.

DELIVERY

Where does The Gluten Free Meal Co. deliver?

We deliver your gluten free meals, finger foods, and desserts twice a week to most areas in Australia. Enter your postcode into our Postcode Checker to instantly verify that we can deliver to your address.

Oh no! You don't deliver to my area!

If you discover we don't currently deliver to your area, please email us with your contact details and postcode. We'll move heaven and earth to get gluten free meals delivered to your door and will let you know if/when we can.

How much is delivery?

Don't you just love good news? Delivery is FREE, subject to our minimum order requirements.

Can I choose my delivery date?

What time will you deliver my order?

Expect delivery of your meals between 8am and 6pm on your designated delivery day. If you foresee any problems, please call our friendly customer service team on 1800 GFMEAL (1800 436 325).

Do I need to be home when you deliver my gluten free meals?

You're busy! So, we don't need to bother you! We deliver your delicious gluten free meals Australia-wide in an Esky-style cooler with ice, which safely holds the correct food temperature for up to 6-8 hours. How good is that! Beats parking and shopping for those gluten free ingredients, doesn't it?

Where will you leave my food delivery?

We leave your box at your front door unless you've provided specific instructions when confirming your order. For instance, if you have a pet and need us to place your box somewhere safely out of reach!

What if I live in an apartment/unit/ gated complex?

Unfortunately, we won't leave your box of meals on your apartment doorstep for safety reasons. We recommend you select an alternative delivery address. You could choose to deliver your meals to a family member, friend or your work address.

I didn't receive what I ordered.

Did something slip in or get left out by mistake? We take as much pride in our customer service as we do in our delivered gluten free meals. If you've mistakenly received the wrong product/s, email us or give us a call on 1800 GFMEAL (1800 436 325) and we'll sort it straight away!

Do you deliver on public holidays?

We give our fabulous team some time off with their families over the public holidays. Before we do that, we like to make sure that you have all the meals, finger foods and desserts you need to enjoy your break. Make sure you order in time and review the delivery schedule options.
